- Domestic (India): After your item has been packaged, it will be shipped and delivered free via our trusted shipping partners, including Sequal Logistics, BVC Logistics, DTDC, and Blue Dart.
- International: We proudly ship to more than 150 countries. International shipping takes 7–14 business days depending on the destination. Please contact us for specific details regarding your country.
⚙️ Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- During sales or festive seasons, processing may take slightly longer.

📦 Tracking & Delivery Logistics
Order Tracking

Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will make delivery attempts as per their standard policy. If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address or the unavailability of the recipient, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

⚠ Damaged, Missing, or Delayed Packages
Damaged or Missing Package
If your package arrives damaged or appears to have been tampered with:
- Do not accept the package if it is visibly damaged.
- Contact us within 24 hours of the delivery attempt with clear photos of the package and product.
