Yes! We accept exchanges that meet these five requirements:

Personalized Goods: Any items that have been customized, engraved, or made-to-order specifically for you.
Condition Issues: Items showing any signs of wear, damage, or tampering.
Missing Essentials: Returns missing their original packaging or authenticity certificates.
Expired Window: Requests made after the 15-day delivery window.
Unauthorized Returns: Any items sent back to our facility without prior written approval.
Non-Recoverable Fees: Please be advised that making charges and taxes , are non-refundable as these represent costs already incurred.

Jewellery Return Shipping Instructions
To ensure your exchange is processed safely, please follow these secure shipping steps:
1. Secure Packaging
Double Box: Place the jewellery in its original branded box. Place that box inside a larger shipping box. Never ship jewellery in a plain envelope or a padded mailer alone.
No Rattling: Use bubble wrap or tissue paper to ensure the inner box doesn't move around.
Discreet Labeling: For security reasons, do not write "Jewellery," "Gold," or "Diamonds" on the outside of the package. Use your name or a neutral company name if possible.
2. Essential Documentation
Include the following inside your package:
Your original invoice and authenticity certificates.
3. Shipping & Insurance
Tracked & Insured: We strongly recommend using a reputable courier (like BVC , Sequal Logistics, Malca Amit , Dhl , FedEx )with a tracking number and full insurance for the value of the item.
Proof of Shipping: Keep your shipping receipt until we confirm that your package has been received and inspected.
Liability: Please note that (Kinandgin) is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
Refund Policy
How do we handle refunds?
Our goal is to ensure you love your jewelry. While we do not usually offer cash refunds, we are happy to assist with an exchange or credit.
General Policy: As a standard practice, cash refunds are not offered.
Company Discretion: Exceptional cases may be considered for a refund at the sole discretion of the company and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Non-Refundable Fees: All costs associated with shipping, handling, tax and third-party certifications are non-refundable.
Return shipping charges will be borne by customer and we we are not responding for missing or damaged or theft in Shipping .
Mandatory Pre-Approval: No returns or refund requests will be processed without prior written approval from our Customer Support team.
