1. Definitions and Use of Website
"Jewellery" refers to pre-designed items or pieces set with gold and lab-grown diamonds. All jewellery is sold on an "as is" basis.
Eligibility: By using this site, you represent that you are legally entitled to do so and are of legal age to form a binding contract.
2. Pricing and Payments
Fluctuations: Our pricing is calculated based on current precious metal and gem market prices. We reserve the right to change prices without notice to reflect market volatility. Final Value: The price on the day of purchase/advance payment is the locked-in price. However, slight variations in final metal weight or diamond carats may result in a minor price adjustment, which will be refunded to or collected from the customer before final delivery.
Taxes & PAN: Prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. As per Government of India guidelines, a Permanent Account Number (PAN) is mandatory for all purchases above INR 2 Lakh.
Transaction Limits: We are not liable for any loss arising from the decline of a transaction because a customer has exceeded the pre-set limit of their banking institution.
3. Orders and Customization
Contract: An order confirmation is a receipt of your offer; acceptance of the contract occurs only when the product is dispatched.
Customization: Please note that once a customized order is processed, specific "making charges" may be non-refundable.
Visual Representation: Some items may appear larger or smaller than their actual size due to photography techniques or screen settings. We provide detailed specifications to ensure accuracy; the company is not liable for visual perceived differences.
4. Shipping and Delivery
We ship to addresses within India and select international locations.
Risk of loss and title for the items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.
5. Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds
24-Hour Window: Orders cancelled within 24 hours of placement are eligible for a full refund (minus a 2% payment gateway fee).
Post 24 Hours: Cancellations after 24 hours incur a Processing Charge of Rs. 1000 plus the 2% gateway fee.
15-Day Money Back: We offer a 15-day return policy for unworn items in original condition with all certificates. This does not apply to gold coins or highly personalized/engraved items.
Free Gifts: All free gifts are treated as discounts. In the event of a partial return, the refund amount will be adjusted to exclude the value/discount attributed to the free gift.
Refund Method: Refunds are credited to the original payment source (Credit Card/Debit Card/Net Banking). For COD, refunds are processed via bank transfer.
6. Warranty
Manufacturing Warranty: Kin and Gin provides a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects.
Exclusions: This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, loss of stones, or repairs conducted by unauthorized third-party jewelers.
Certification: All diamonds are accompanied by reputable certifications (e.g.,SGL, IGI) to ensure quality and authenticity.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including but not limited to the Kin and Gin name, logo, jewelry designs, and text, are the registered or unregistered trademarks and property of the website owner. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
8. Limitation of Liability
The website owner shall not be responsible for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of the website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
Primary Jurisdiction: All disputes arising from the use of this website or the purchase of goods shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Surat,Gujarat
